We are currently looking for staff in the boning room. We'd prefer someone with good boning experience, or a qualified butcher.

Our current team includes a number of excellent apprentices at various stages of their training as well as staff who have worked at Harris Meats for over 20 years.

We currently employ 35 staff at Harris Meats. As well as fully qualified butchers and slaughtermen, staff are also involved in quality control, engineering, small goods production, packing, retail and administration. We offer apprenticeships to young people who are keen to thoroughly learn all aspects of the butchery trade.
